Brandon R. Bytnar, Esq.
Brandon advises individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, with an emphasis on designing and implementing tax-efficient plans and strategies to transfer wealth across generations. He provides legal counsel to an array of clients, such as charitable organizations, closely held businesses, CEOs and other corporate officers, fellow lawyers, physicians, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals, including public figures and professional athletes. In addition to advanced planning, Brandon represents clients in foundational estate planning (e.g., wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives/healthcare surrogate designations, and living wills), probate & trust administration, elder law, real estate law, and guardianship.

Brandon earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Taxation, with distinction and on the Dean’s List, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was unanimously selected by the Office of Graduate & International Programs committee to serve as a Program Sendoff Speaker during Commencement Week. Before obtaining his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Toledo College of Law, Brandon graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, magna cum laude, with a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in both political science and journalism.

He’s also been named a “Legal Elite Up & Comer” by Florida Trend magazine and a Top 40 Under 40 Trusts & Estates Lawyer in Florida by the American Society of Legal Advocates. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.

An involved member of the Southwest Florida community, Brandon has served on the board of directors for the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc., now known as STARability Foundation, a nonprofit corporation that provides support to people with special needs and their families. He’s also served on the community advisory board for Avow Hospice, Inc., a nonprofit corporation that provides care to seriously ill individuals.

On the weekends, Brandon is likely to be found spending time with his family and friends on the golf course, on the water, or in front of a television watching sports (especially the Chicago Bears).


Sasha Linauskas, Esq.
Sasha provides legal counsel in matters related to estate planning, probate & trust administration, and guardianship. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Sasha attended Texas A&M International University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She received her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law.


Jamie Shoplack
Jamie received her bachelor’s degree in business, paralegal studies, and social science from Liberty University.


Anne Bytnar
Anne graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo.


Lauren Hembree
Lauren is currently obtaining her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.


Gabriella Popowich
Gabriella is currently obtaining her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and legal studies from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU).
